By purchasing our products or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Products are available through our Website and Platforms. Descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
2.3 All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
2.4 Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in processing or shipment.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices are listed in CAD and exclude taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees unless explicitly stated.
3.2 We accept a range of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways available on the Platforms.
3.3 Payment must be completed and confirmed before orders are processed or shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified during checkout. All shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and based on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
4.2 Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express services via major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. The customer may select their preferred method unless limited by destination or product type.
4.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on information from our shipping partners. These estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Tracking Information
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your email or platform account. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and delivery.
4.5 Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
4.6 International Shipments and Import Charges
For international orders, including shipments to the United States, customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers upon entry or delivery.
Due to changing trade policies and customs regulations, including but not limited to U.S. tariff measures and import enforcement actions, additional charges may apply unexpectedly and are outside of our control. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at checkout.
Arqque Design Ltd. does not collect, estimate, or prepay import duties or customs-related fees on behalf of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, or returned due to unpaid import charges, customs clearance issues, or recipient non-compliance, the customer remains responsible for all incurred shipping, return, and handling costs. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and may exclude original shipping fees.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for compliance with local import regulations and payment of all applicable charges.

6. Warranties and Liability
6.1 All products are provided “as is,” with no express or implied warranties unless otherwise specified.
